Product : reviewing to many high performance, high class expensive cars, not the man in the streets car. need to bring it back to reality. also would be nice too see a page/ article on every day general maintenace on cars

Service rating : my follow up enquiries were answered promptly but a promise given to email to me a transcript of my online conversation was not delivered.
Product : issue no.1428 was interesting but many pages were skipped as not interesting. the following special issue much more of interest to a person with eyes open to a future car purchase. looking forward to more car comparisons.

Service rating : I assume you mean Dennis Publishing, since a magazine can scarcely deliver a service. Well, it all went smoothly and the magazines have started to arrive on tome.
Product : Here I assume you actually mean the magazine! Yes, its good but it does rather centre on performance cars rather than the ones most of us drive (but its no where near as bad as The Times 'Driving' and that awful Clarckson fellow).
