Product : I like to see the style of alloy wheels on all the cars featured in the magazine BUT, almost every photo in the magazine shows the car moving, so the wheels are almost always blurred. Why-oh-Why can you not photograph the cars when they are stationary? This would also save money and make life so much easier for your photographers!
MY only other comment is on the Consumer News or Watchdog pages: this 2-page section used to feature 3 or 4 stories from members of the public and their car problems, often resolved with your assistance. These tales were always very interesting, and the outcomes very useful knowledge for other car buyers. But, now, it rarely features more than one story, but often has a weak editorial about a related matter which is frequently mind-numbingly dull!

Service rating : To date I have only received two magazines. They have arrived on time and I have enjoyed reading them. Little else to say.
Product : Magazine enjoyable in between the advertisements. ( which are obviously the reason for the magazines existence)

Had issues surrounding whether I even had an account as I was checking if I was entitled to the free gift. Was told no order was received and should reorder. Decided not to bother as I wasn't happy with the service and a couple of days later guess what arrived. Not good enough.
