Service rating : I received a renewal letter for my subscription with an annual price of £90.
I called in the renewal rather than sending the paper. On the phone the agent said the price was £105. I said I had a letter with a lower price which the agent said was some type of mistake. I said in my view it is a contract and all I have do is sign ot and send it in. The agent said he could not get approval to give me the price I had in my letter. This is unbeleivable.
Product : The magazine is really good.
