Service rating : Slow to start the delivery of the magazine, didn't get a free promotion copy
Product : Contains too much manufacturer's PR material instead of real news. Road tests do not reflect real-life requirements such as ride comfort, real-life mpg, etc, again lacks proper journalistic comment rather than PR material.

Service rating : Magazine arrived at my home exactly when they said it would and nicely packaged.
Product : Auto Express is the only car magazine I buy these days as its content is excellent.

Service rating : Customer service is good and I like the magazine overall.
Product : My first magazine arrived with All the pages sealed together into one block. I had to use a knife to try and separate the pages, which meant I lost a whole section at the top of each page. Very irritating! Awaiting replacement.

Service rating : The Auto Express magazine was delivered on time every time and the on-line help was also excellent
Product : The magazine has gone through some significant change since I last read it. Some good some not so good for me. Unfortunately my love of all things on four wheels with an engine has dwindled over the years and so subsequently has my appetite for the content within the magazine. This is not to say that it is this for all people - just for me.


On 25-Jul-2015 the customer changed their rating and added:
Service rating : The magazine was packed with good articles regarding vehicles on or coming onto the market. It was however too 'geeky' for me and I failed to understand the relevance of a lot of the language. If it stated eg this is what would be essential in an emergency or this results in greater fuel economy etc then I would probably have carried on with my subscription. It was about cars for someone who both understands cars and loves them or at the very least is excited by them.
Product : Just not for me.
